My room was much smaller than I expected, which was unexpected since the previous stay had been more spacious. The noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep, especially with the window open. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the city tax payment at checkout that was not communicated at check-in, leaving me feeling unsettled about the charges.

The extensive breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring a great variety of hot and cold options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

We had a delightful 2-night stay in a clean, comfortable double room. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, particularly the pastries. Close to the train station, which was a plus. Don't skip leaving your bags after checkout for further exploration!

Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the staff were very attentive. Plus, the room had everything I needed, including a fridge. The bed was comfy too, which made for good rest after a day out exploring Verona.
